07 800 xrs, fuel fouling plugs & random tach issues

Sled is running great, new R.B. Clutch is awesome, but i keep
fouling plugs on start up. Then when riding my tach will drop to zero, my hour meter will flash on, idiot lights will come on randomly, also i get a random audible beep. Any ideas thanks, erik

For any wacky random electrical stuff the first thing I do is swap out the relay. Most the time that does it. NAPA has em cheap, cant remember the #.
Plug fouling at start up could be too much gas/oil, or both at idle. Plugs gapped correct?

Yes, could be the relay...Napa # AR272 will work if I remember correctly.
It is zip tied above and behind the secondary.

Bit different set up here but in my 07 Rev with RKTEK 860 I run a
NGK BR9EYA plug to combat fouling. In 500 plus kms have not fouled a plug.

The BR9EYA is a Yamaha plug so had to pick it up at a Yammy dealer as the Doo dealer did not stock them.

Not sure if the plug will work for you but has for my setup.

Thanks I will try the relay and see if that helps, not sure why it keeps fouling plugs, I replaced them 2 weeks ago, cause it wouldn't start, fired right up with new ones. Rode friday all day ran and started fine, sat. morning headed our for another trip wouldn't start plugs were all wet and fuel fouled. wtf could it be bad reed valve? Erik
