I will be heading out this year on a new sled as well. The previous owner has it setup with the SLP power pack. It may be geared so I will count the teeth during the chain case oil change. They said that occasionally you have to adjust the clutch because it will under or over rev. That being said, with heads and a strong thumb I dont want to over rev it.
Does anyone have a bomb proof way to adjust these?
I took it for a ride the other night in about 2.5 feet of fresh fluf and it had a bit of a bog in the bottom end before it opened up. I hope its just because I have not had a chance to burn out all the oil and carbon from summer and startups!
Looks like a solid sled but I would like to get the clutch dialed!
