I have left my gears stock, but installed a DJ Clutch Kit with his custom helix. Solved my belt smoking issues at engagement and made this thing easy to boondock with and accelerate like none other. Unless you're running over 9000 ft., you may or may not need to regear. Best $280 I've spent on the sled!
