06 summit died in field

I went rooping in the back yard in tahoe in some deep pow, on the way back, my machine was sputtering and finally died, I put some fuel in, changed plugs, and still would not start, i towed it back. any ideas of what to do?

we had a 06 800 x that was running poor and would almost quit,the lights were dim and guage flashing,,Stator problem

the lights and guages have been acting up for sure.
what is a stator?

Stators like a generator, makes power to run all the electronics on the sled.

My sled did that last weekend. Got it home and pulled the head. CHIT, the pistons were toast and the rings were fused to the piston. Cylinder was scarred, but not too bad. Absolutely ZERO compression!
