Ask him if the bearings on the crank have been repacked with grease, if not they are about due. They are not oiled on the pto end. Other than that GREAT SLED, The wifey loves hers. Dino

Are they the X model or plain jane? The wifes 06 is a X 144, she loves it.. I think it goes great. It is almost stock the fella we bought it from put a Dyno Port pipe and can on it. I think the X model is good to go stock. Dino

Mine was stock up until last trip have 3500 miles on it . Took a cylinder out at 2850 miles got warrenty been a great sled other than that.

I ride a 04 151 non X just got it this year, so far I like it. The wife has a 06 X 144, only issue with it has been the ECM. The original failed, water seems to run into it from the head light. Portgrinder on here suggested to use Vaseline on the connection to help keep the h2o out. Has worked so far. The 06 runs strong , just didn't have enough track for me. She loves it. Sounds like a fair price for two, if they are clean??? Dino

Just got mine this year, I love it so far. It is pretty much stock other than a big wheel kit a boss seat and a can. absolutely no regrets.
