I have a 2006 summit X with the 800 HO motor. The check engine light just started flashing. The code I am getting on the digital speedo is 23h48. Does anyone know what this means or if it is even the errror code
I am almost sure that is your running hours... you had 23 hours and 48 minutes, but some how you reset it, and now you ran the motor for 1 minute...i beleive. press the botton a few more times to get the the speedo.
If you had a check engine light then you need to hook it up to a dealer computer and get it scanned. That is the running hours on the engine and you did reset it. I just did this at the dealer today .I have check engnie issues as well.\
I got it fixed!!! Took all the electrical connecters and wiggled them and when I did the one at the top front of the carbs, it quit. I took it all the way apart and made sure it wasn't full of moister (which it wasn't). I have a feeling when I cleaned the carbs a while back that I somehow knocked it loose. Thanks for the input guys. I didn't realize that was the hour meter; I have to learn more about Ski Doos. Merry Christmas everyone
Make sure you take apart the big ECU plug under headlight and fill it with that white electrical grease, I had the misfortune of getting moisture in there and the pins corroded and sled went into limp mode. had to buy new ECU, big money. Not a happy camper, happened just off warranty last year.
