my friend just bought a 06 rmk 700 used 1400mi on it and she said it idles way high around 3000 rpm so it wont go into reverse,and also throws a cel,is there a way to adjust idle if so ware not to familiar with newer sleds.or any ideas on what the prob is thanks.

go to the polaris 900 section..and read the "TPS setting" thread" its in the HOW TO LINKS thread..
the TPS is off, needs adjusted, and then you can lower the idle as well after its adjusted...then the reverse will work and the sled will run a LOT better..
also, there is a check engine light thread in there too that will show you the code its flashing..
COUNT THE NUMBER OF FLASHES..
or PM if you need any help on it...i have a slight idea about these babies, lol...
