06 Rev up on Boulder.

We had to leave a sled up on Boulder Mtn. Saturday night. Went back to try to retrieve it today but could not find it in the low visibility. Will post co-ordinates from where the rider was picked up and some direction from there on where it could be found. If anyone stumbles upon it in the mean time could you mark a way point so we know exactly. It's an 06 Blue Summit 144 with Barton on the windshield.

I have to head back home Monday and the weather looks like it might break Tuesday so I hope to have someone up there looking for it. Any help would be appreciated.

I wouldnt be surprised if it got stolen. back in june of 07 my dad smashed up his 900 in a chute and they parked it on a ridge up on boulder and they doubled to finish the day.and they came back to where they parked the sled and it was gone and there was a turbo apex sitting there. the back pack on the sled was gone through and left in the snow and left food scatterd everywhere. So other buddy started his sled and follwed the tracks and came across 2 guys doubleing back to the tubo apex on a rev snowboarder style. they said they were helping get the 900 off the hill but why? then that happend to be a fight on the hill and these guys were from revy.and my dad has got it back still has it actually haha. and the next day these 2 guys showed up at the hotel with 20 bucks for the food they ate and threw in the snow. I hope you find your sled. good luck!

Hey this Josh, Laird and i are heading there in am tomorrow to ride . If I see it i can mark those points 4 u if you like and of course i we see it.

That sux
Hope you find it.
We had to leave a sled on the hill one time. Couldn't get back to get the sled for about ten days and a few storms later. We had dig 5 to 6 feet down to get to the seat.

I see by your post Dave that the we is you.If you want I'll take you and double you up to last known coordinates and we can go down from there and may have to probe for it as they have had lots of snow since you abandoned it.
I don't mind helping at all but you must remember I am handicaped but can still operate a shovel to make a road to get her out.I have no work yet for this week so feel free to PM me or give me a call on my cell.
You can get my number if you don't have it anymore from Dusty.I can promise you, if we can find it we will get it out.If you don't make it priority you may not see sled till spring if it doesn't get parted out or stolen.

Cheers,
Dave

Thanks JS. Hope you guys stumble across it.

I know lots of guys are willing to help out so I am hopefull that we get to it before it's burried too bad. Mark Shaede is up there today and is the main guy looking for it. If anyone spots it give me a call at 403-993-7010 or call Mark and let him know where it is at 250-837-5200 so he can get it off the mountain for me.

I appreciate the phone calls from everyone concerned, kneedeep, smokindave, John in Revy and Spector for the co-ordinates. Thanks guys it really takes a load off to know people are willing to go out of there way to help a guy out. And Trev...thanks for getting stuck with me and I'm glad we got at least one sled out. Drive safe buddy and we will get together soon for a real ride.

Thanks guys.

sorry to here that.
