06 Rev Primary making noise.

I noticed that when the primary is disengaging it clunks right at the last second. I watched it and it kinda looks like it gets hung up at the last second. The sled runs fine and engages at around 4grand. I have the clutch apart now and can't see any obvious signs of damage. I have yet to pull the spring and inspect. I'm not much of a clutch guru. I just know to keep them clean. Rollers and ramps look good. Thanks for your help.

The buttons/o-rings are the most common source of noise....they don't have to be shot to be noisy, just a little wear. If the buttons have grooves worn on the sides (not the wear surface) I would replace them and the o-rings.
Everything else should move freely but with little "slop" in any direction.
Worn arm pivots will also make for a noisy clutch.
The clinking as the engine stops rotating is probably normal....spin the clutch over slowly by hand and you should hear the 3 arms clink without centrifugal force to hold them tight to the ramp.
