06 Rev 800 suspension setup

Rode yesterday on 8-10" hard crust blown snow with bottomless powder but the skis felt really heavy to turn at low speeds on the flat and turning in the trees. I did not even look to see where front shocks or rear suspension is set. So if anyone can give me some direction to go from here.

Specs- 2006 Rev 800 144 no mods
Me 180lbs 5'10"

Front shocks at at 3
Rear shocks on position 3
tightened limiter strap up one hole from stock (carries skis 1' of snow when climbing)
front rear shock with 1.5" of thread showing
