the complete skid will bolt under as long as you use the 08 rails otherwise you have to buy hrp brackets
also if you drill out the second down hole were the front skid bolts it will help you stay on top of the snow
I bought a complete '08 M 162 skid (with rails) to drop into my '05 M7 162 and was told by several it is a direct bolt in. Haven't tried yet so can't speak from experience.
