06 engine in an 05

Hey guys,

How much work is it to put an 06 engine into an 05. I know that I need to do something with the steering and possibly replace the entire wiring harness, possibly fuel pump?

Would it be worth it?

There are a whole bunch of posts on this. To put an 06 engine in an 05 you need to change the steering, change the chaincase, chainge the oil bottle, change the jack shaft, change the drive shaft, change the fuel pump, flash the computer...etc, etc, etc.

More work than it is worth. Going the opposite way may be doable.
