No, don't do it. 5 hour energy puts me right to sleep with 30 minutes. Find someone selling Jolt energy drink that stuff will wake you up big time, but it's hard to find.

What is the cost for the 05 covers so I can put that on my list of things to save for right behind the rider select delete that I hope to have money to cover in the next two weeks.

Polzinhunter, a twist of fate has me riding an XP Ski Doo this winter and one of the truely inane things about the sled is the dark ages chaincase. No drain plug and a overfill plug that requires some sort of cosmic tool to remove to check the oil level. Too many years on IQ Polaris' to put up with that nonsense. So the question, can you construct an XP chaincase cover with a sight window? If it is possible, I will buy the first one and probably can sell at least 3 more. I will also infiltrate the Ski Doo web page and smack talk the Ski Doo design and help promote the goodness. Fine craftsmenship on your work. Good job.

I have an xp in the group I could look . After that i usually measure a stock cover and build around that.

Probably about 2 weeks right now ! I need to order gaskets in bulk . Thats the biggest problem right now . And time to run them is in short supply too! I have several 05 and 06^^ covers to make today /tonight after that im out of gaskets .

Ok fellas Ive ridden the sleds and no leaks so far ! I know a few of you have expressed interest in getting cover well now is the time! I have material for 6 covers in stock and was going to run that many at least. Or If I can run more thats all the better i can order more material and sleep less becuase my baby needs a new crank . the 06 covers are $125.00 shipped in the lower 48 and $140.00 to Canada and AK. they come with the sight glass and new gasket included.


I also have 2 05 billet cover in stock and ready to ship!

The 05 covers are 175.00 shipped in the 48 and 200.00 in Canada/AK

yes the 05 cover is much larger. I. start with 18 x 10 x .75" piece and the 06 is 8x 14.25 x .50". And of course the 05 takes longer to mahine .
