any ideas? runs choppy below 1/4 throttle and poor mileage, ran perfect last winter....seems to clean out when running down the trail .....getting ready to go out west so as always, rejet ,reclutch.....fired it up, looking for an obvious change in choppiness due to changing jets from 400(mn elevation)to 270's....still runs choppy coming off idle here in mn.......what the heck can make it run this rich?......reeds bad, tps wacked?......any suggestions would be great.....
