06 600 SDI issues, need help !!!

I have a 06 600 SDI Summit. The thing worked great untill one day I tried to start it, I always hit the RER/ e start button to prime up the injectors before starting. Did this and nothing happened, pulled the rope and would'nt fire untill I pulled hard and fast, then got it running. When it's running I tried the RER and it works 1 out of 5 times . When I shut it off I never get the beep beep when it dies. I talked to a dealer he said definitely battery, put in a new one , made sure the voltage was right but still acts the same. Also tried the 5 pin relays after reading on a snowest forum, no luck there either. Looking for advice, thanks in advance for your help

I had an 06 6sdi. The only time I had any trouble with it was with the stink'n battery. Ran into similar problems with mine as well. I ended up checking all fuses and wiring plug ins. Finally after new battery, I found that a fuse in fuse box was k-poot. r2 fuse vroom, vroom

I never hit the button, I think it says start for the E start option. I just give it a short easy pull to wake her up then give a full pull, 99.9% she starts first pull. I would check the battery, if it is bad, she no workie. 06 600 sdi summit, mammas sled.

I just had the same problem on my 05, your battery is shot, the other thing you need to check is with the sled running get a voltmeter and make sure the sled is charging over 12volts, but it sounds exactly the same as mine and all i had to do was change the battery.

I already changed the battery and it didnt fix anything. Im not sure whats going on

With the Sled turned off the Voltage is 12.82
With the Sled on the Voltage is 12.82

Any other advice???
