I would imagine finding a buyer with all your credentials is going to be interesting (interested in all 3 parts, willing to pay your price). I would think finding 3 buyers interested in 3 seperate purchases would be easier to find.

I went in on a package deal this summer and we divided it up and made more money when selling the parts seperately.
