hello, is this still avail. and will you ship it to BC Canada. I have a 2008 dragon, this will fit correct? And does it have the mounting hardwear? or what would I need to mount it?, do you have to drill for mounting? thanks for any replys and sorry about all the questions there. send me a pm.
