05 M7 efi poppin & sputtering at idle ?

First time M-series owner I bought it w/ boondockers controller and nos kit but, haven't used the nitros yet . It also has bikeman single pipe and y-pipe . It ran killer all last year except my last ride at Baker shoot out -it died during a climb and had to turn it down hill and finally got it started and ever since it's been poppin & sputtering at idle and dies unless you keep the rpm's up ,new plugs,good compresson what else could I check ?

Tried removing the BD box from the equation?? Perhaps it has a hiccup..?? How about pulling the pipe and shining a light and checking the pistons, perhaps dropped a skirt??

I would dissconect bd box to eliminate that, check reeds, after that get another ecu from a known good unit.If reeds and ecu doesnt help I would look at stator Mine went out and would do the same thing till 4000 rpms and then run great ended up being stator was bad. I would also check chassis ground its on the right hand lower steering hoop bolt
