05 kk troubles

i have an o5 king kat with jaws twin pipes and boondocker box... i am running the jaws numbers for the box and have had no problems for about 5 rides in a row.... towards the end of the day in McCall this weekend it kept bogging. i thought itd clear up but it just kept getting worse... once i got back on the trail i would get goin fine and run good until i got right above 3/4 throttle then just bog and like cut out but soon as i backed it off below 3/4 throttle it would go back to normal and run fine... i checked the plugs and changed them but they looked fine.. anybody got ideas.. anything helps!

Were any warning messages showing on the BD display? Check the ground wire from the BD box for tightness.

bd numbers

just curious what jaws had for numbers for their pipes? I had problems with mine simular to that and I was rich in the mid 50% numbers. Leaned it out a little and it was fine. One or two numbers made all the difference in the world!!! Information I found leads me to believe AC loads the fuel on right before the valves open, so temp difference elevation might play a role why for 5 rides it ran fine and the last it didnt. Just a thought! Im running almost 0's until after 6700 with a ported 975!!!
