I have a 05 900 fresh. by fresh i mean everything. new piston & rings. case ported, cyl.ported, crank trued & welded, seals, piped, it runs cold on mag side. i have tried coils, have trimmed w/ boondocker. i am not sure where to look next.compression is 120 on both. if i pull mag side plug wire it will idle & move on 1,however if i reverse it it will not move & will stall.:frusty: it started out losing fuel milage a year ago so i decided just to rebuild.i now know it was not hard parts. anyone have suggestions? thanks

you should also check the injectors. some injectors would get plugged from the fuel level gauge float disolving in the tank. if you need the manual i have it and can send it to you.

I changed injector side to side still same problem. If it was the injector i would think it would have followed. I have a manual thanks. stator was something I had not considered. I had it to dealer & plugged in so i figured that was still good. thanks for the replys .

you are correct it would have move to the other cylinder. didn't know you had tried that. ecu or stator or wires to injectors i have seen terminals come out of the injector harnesses also.
