I have a 05 900 rmk 159 inch, tring to get it to stand up in powder, have slp pipe set, slp high flow air intake, vforce III reeds, limiter straps out on last notch. any ideas in gearing changes, changing drivers, cluyching changes. i know it is a bit long but sure with a bit of help from all the guys here we can get it done...

225lb front track spring will help, loosen limiter straps all the way, move rear torque arm back 5/8", good skid shocks and torsion springs....and go WFO!!!

do i have to drill holes to move rear torque arms back 5/8 inch or is there already holes there. its my sons sled and he is only 100lbs hard to get enough traction to get it up.

yeh you drill the holes..

its easy..

measure from the CENTER of the original hole..back 5/8" and drill there...so 5/8" from center of old hole, to center of new hole..

use a 3/8" drill bit, and bam...majic has no happened...enjoy.
