I am replacing the intake boots and installing the FBF throttle cable on my 900. When checking out the oil lines coming from the pump, I noticed one of the lines was almost rubbed through (pto side). I purchased some 1/8 line and though the I.D. is correct, the O.D. is not as the hose clamps are way too large for the new line. Can you use the lighter line as a replacement for factory line as I have been to our local dealer and does not have any of the 3mm x 7mm line.
