is the chain case cover the same 05 to 06? my 05 cover sucks. keeps heat warping and leaking..... the 06 cover looks better built? any help guys would be great , got 10-12 feet on the ground want to finnish out season strong

My honest opinion on the plastic ones is they blow azz!!! See if you can't find an aluminum cover and save yourself the headache in the future. Just my 2 cents lol

05 and 06 chain cases are completely different, covers will not interchange so get yourself an aluminum cover for an 05. 06 chain cases are shorter.is the chain case cover the same 05 to 06? my 05 cover sucks. keeps heat warping and leaking..... the 06 cover looks better built? any help guys would be great , got 10-12 feet on the ground want to finish out season strong
That cover is sweet but need it for a 05..... also 130 psi good compression in cylinders? Can I replace the whole chain case with a 06 so I can run that cover,?

Poke around in the swap meet or ask around in the 900 thread. They are still lurking around, I got mine from Mountainhorse...
Here's the 05 cover I had Kreg (Polzin) on the forum build us a few years ago, send him a Message and he should get you set up..
Sorry don't have a better pic off hand, but this was the first one out there on my 975 long time ago, lol.
Someone please find the old thread on the billet 05 covers and share it here, I'm on the run right now.
