I have a 04 600 sdi, and with a fully charged battery, I can ride for 2 hours, and the it quits. Lights flash, and it beeps 4 times. I have changed the stator and regulator to no avail. i have been told it could be thd kill switch as itonly works half the time. Any ideas?

I am currently going through the exact same issues. Bought a new battery, didnt fix it. New stator, didnt fix it. Changed every single fuse and checked all wire connections, didnt fix it. Do you have any updates?

Mine was doing the same thing,but with mine I would wait a couple min and it would run fine then out of the blue start stumbling and wouldn't rev up then die.I put a pressure gauge on the fuel line and found out I was losing fuel pressure .Hope this helps needs 50 psi I was down to 20 ish. Cheers
I have the same issues ....add voltage regulator to the list as well ...2-3 hrs riding battery goes dead .....i'm thinkin relays ????...I do have a short in the brake light which is intermittent,even with the switch unplugged it does it
