04 rev(hard starting)

hey guys i have an 2004 rev 800ho,,,latey i have to pull plugs and put gas in cylinders to start ,,,whats the matter??????????

not getting enough gas. could be the carbs

Make sure all the rubber connected to the carb is tight with no cracks and holes. Check your fuel lines for cracks and holes. Cleaning the carb is great idea too. Maybe there is something going on with the choke.

Are you giving it a little throttle when you're pulling? How does it run once it fires?

Check your compression. 03-05 800HO had bad rings. They all need to be replaced no matter how many miles on them.
Pull the y pipe and look to see if the rings are faking. Compression should be at around 145 or higher.

what he sai ..had the same thing go down with mine ....just seemed to be a pig to start was down on compression ...honed her out and added new rings
