04 edge price HELP!

i did'nt know where else to ask this so here it is
whats a fair price for my 04 edge mod ?
my brother wants to buy it from me and i'm not sure what to tell him

04 vert. escape 800 (500 miles on complete rebiuld)
D/R,2.5 162 camo ex., avid extros,slp single ,head, cyl. porting,bored carbs,
boss seat, three hoods, snow el., fox shocks,holz T arms,skinz cover
i think that about covers it

Upper 2's, like $2800.

Generally, stock means highest value, and mod kill the value, regardless of the mod mindset on a forum like this. Well done mods and expensive bolt ons, like a Boss seat, are always welcome.

800's used are scary. Your recent rebuild is a big plus.
