04 900 159" Stearing

When I turn all the way left, I believe its left, I can feel a massive vibration through the handlebars. What the heck is that?

Probably your steering post contacting the motor mount, pull your airbox and take a look.

agreed most likely hitting something when at full turn i know my 2004 king cat's steering post hits the air box when turning full right.

If its like mine... its the "bracket on the bottom of the post that connects to the steering rod. When I turn mine full left, it hits on the bulkhead where the front tunnel cooler mnts. Also somethin I noticed on mine... look at the top of your spindle. There is a lil metal tab that stops the spindle from "oversteering". Mine was half broke out allowing it to turn "past" normal.

My guess is the tie rod under the engine is rubbing on the engine. I have had one or two do that.
