04 800 won't run right

Rebuilt 04 800 summit will start and idle perfectly but after it warms up to temp won't run past half throttle. Its not the teather and local skidoo dealer is stumped. Any ideas?

I should have mentioned that if the throttle is held at the correct position it will die if you let off of ithe throttle it will idle perfectly. Do these sleds have throttle pos. Sensors?

No TPS on the 04/05 Summit.

Check and make sure no fuel lines are kinked.

check the reeds or the intake boots for leaks......needle jets!! try running it with the choke half on and see if it helps!

Check the stator for proper output... once they get warm a failing stator will give you similar symptoms

Sounds like a stator to me also. Had this happen to me on an 800 once it warmed up
