'04 6.0L has no power

I had my 04 f350 6.0L into ford to get the headgaskets and egr cooler and oil cooler and all that regular 6.0L stuff done and since it came back it has no power at all.
I cant hold 2800rpm on any incline at all. I put it too the floor from stop lights and minivans are just destroying my truck. lol
Any idea on what it could be? also the speed sensor doesnt work? could the truck be in some sort of limp mode?

Could be that since the speed sensor doesn't work, the tranny doesn't know where it's at and the PCM/ECM will not allow full power.

I think I remember something about the odometer/speedo being on the same circuit as the control for the variable turbo. I think some peeps had trouble with this when they tried to pull the fuse to keep the mileage low, then they had a power issue.

I work at a ford dealership

The speed sensor is located in the rear diff and reads off of the speed ring in the diff, so that is not your problem. But it could be the intercooler tubes check and make sure they are hooked up and tight. Be sure to check the little blue ones up at the turbo they have been knewn to blow out on the bottom and missed by the tech working on it. The only other thing I could think of is that if you just bought the truck not to long ago and this is the first time getting worked on it might of had a power programmer in it and after they worked on it they reprogrammed it and erased the programmer out of the pcm.
