I had to replace the ECU and fuel pump on this sled. Now the head light, tail light and hand warmers dont' work. They may have been out prior to replacing the ECU, not sure. I think it is the lighting /accessory coil on the stator. Before I go after it I was just wondered if there might be a common problem leading to all this sudden electrical crap. Most likely a ground, broken wire etc. Anybody had the same problems?

Yep, Get a hold of stator corp. They charge $200 to do a rewind and give you a 2 year warranty on it. I have the same issues. Fried a stator a ecu a voltage regulator before i found the rubbed through wires under the oil tank. It is a common problem on the 1m 900s. Pull your oil tank and check the wire harness under it. I am betting you have some grounded wires.
Go to statorkev.com better deal and warrnety... It is in Canada but he rebuilt a stator for one of my 600 ZR EFI and I feel it ran better than new, at least give him a call.
