Looking to make some changes to my front end. Is there anything I can do to give me more clearance and shorten the front end? I'm in the process of doing some weight reduction. Got rid of all my lights and wiring, smaller seat, better runners. I'm curious what I can do about the engine bay/ hood.

You can pull the motor and turn the chassis into swiss cheese. Better to know something about stresses before you drill holes in the wrong places.
