03 rmk 800 not pulling r's STILL NEED HELP!!

I have an 03 800 rmk 159 was running fine then with the snap of a finger it wont pull over 7000 rpms. Iit had done this a couple timesprior to this while climbing but always pulled out of it sounds really boggy when wide open have checked plugs pulled and cleaned both exhaust valves and the secondary clutch has been recently rebuilt .. Im not to good with the clutches but is it possible it could be a worn or weak spring in the primary letting it shift out to far?

If you run it WOT on the flat hard pack and it still only gets 7000 RPM same as climbing it could be lack of fuel. If it is clutches then I suspect RPM difference from packed flat to deep climbing. Also the exhaust sometimes plugs up with snow.
Other than that it could be your timing isn't advancing.

Try letting it cool down 15min. try again may be tempature sensor telling your ecu it is hot and will back out timing. Happened to mine.
Check belt deflection also.

Are you running NGK plugs? When I was testing NGK plugs in mine, it would do that sometimes. I put the Champions in, and the problem went away. The plugs would look fine, and all.

it will pull 7000 on trail.. in deep pow it starts dropping off i had champion plugs in it then put ngks in as they were what i had for spare .. did have an exhaust bellow leaking put new ones on didnt fix problem also had a couple guys lift the back of the sled and ran it w/o with track off the ground to see what clutches were doing both were working as they should but the primary would close far enough it looked like it was about to push the belt completely out but i dont know if thats right or wrong

you could have a bad belt, or a broken clutch spring, or a broken motor mount

checked reeds upon inspection i see nothing wrong with them any more ideas?? Primary spring dosent appear to be broken
