03 rmk 800 loading up?

I have a Buddy that his sled will not run good. almost like a mis in the spark or it is loading up. After riding it yesterday, the plus were a little wet. The Bellows are new, Reeds are good, Temp Sensor New, Spark seems to be ok. Carbs gone thru serveral times, when it idels, simetimes it will shut off. New Voltage Reg. Awsome Compression, Should he be looking at carbs or Electric? Anybody know how to test the stater? (OHM's Etc). It si almost like it is missing. The Needl is on the 3rd pos from the top of needle. He said that is always been that way. Can not find any broken, cut, etc. wiring. Help. Thanks

Check plug boots. They screw onto the plug wires. You can take them off and clip a little off them and screw them back on. Also make sure they snap onto the plug terminal. Some times they loose their grip on the plugs and cause intermitten spark. Plug will look black from arcing. Are you using solid terminal plugs? If not make sure the screw caps are tight. They will vibrate loose and cause missing.

i have tried cutting off 1/4" off plug wire. still the same. I did find 1 of the floats stick up sometimes. Ordered a new one hoping that takes care of problem. Thanks for your advice.
