Just got sled and took it out for first time yesterday. Got it out of shop last week had it rejetted and clutched 4-6k. When riding will bog down and at times will backfire. It does not run like this all the time it act up occasionally then will run fine. I am leaning more to a ignition issue. I am really at a loss any help would be much appreciated.

Check to make sure carb vent lines are attached, also may want to replace your Temp sensor, when these fail they affect timming. Check for loose or broken wires.
Your needles might be set for too rich a mixture. #1 needle position lets the least amount of gas into the carbs. In the #1 position, the needle hangs as deep as possible into the carb. The shop may have set the needles at the #3 position, when the #2 position will work. They want to be conservative, but did not have the opportunity to check it out on the trail. The Polaris jetting recommendations are way conservative, so thats most likely what you ended up with.
