I loved my Simmons gen 1's but they had a tendancy to catch on my ramp for my sled deck cosiquently rolling my sled off my deck I bought sidehiller 2's that night and really like them contrary to what a lot of people say about them.

I ran Simmons on my 02 Rmk for 3 yrs and loved them. Great performance and durability.

I put the side hiller 2's on mine and it made a huge difference. I am actually thinking about getting a pair of the newer Polaris stock skis and trying those

I have run Simmons on my 02 Rmk for 5 years. They work a lot better than the stock ones.

i just put he new polaris grippers that come on the dragons ans i love them got rid of powder pros they would beat the crap out of you in the hard pack snow

I love my simmons gen1's but can't wait to get a set of gen2's...great for mountain and trail riding with good carbides..

Grippers are a huge improvement over sidehiller II's i had both. I like grippers better than genII in my opinion but were a little better on the trail but the grippers float way better and carve better.

What skis are the "gripper" skis? Are they Polaris OEM? What sled?

Grippers are on the 07-10 RMK/Dragons and they are way better then sidehillers 1 and 2
in the deep powder-they carve and float great-they are not as good on hardpack trail riding as sidehillers-they also bolt right on to your spindle
