02 827 jetting

just getting ready to install kit. just wondering what kind of jetting you guys ending up at.

i know there a few of these kits running around out there. just trying to avoid having to order a bunch of jets would just rather order a few different sizes.

I'm not sure if your carbs are the same as the 2003 800s but my buddy and I are both running 430s running at 6000'. We could lean it out a bit more but would rather be safe so we run them at a comfortable range of 430. Hope that helps

i ride @ sea level to 5000 ft 2002 non hooded carbs 480 main works for me.

440 mains on o4 rev bored to 830. ride 4500 -8500

thanks i do think the 03 carbs are a tad different. i am going to start with 480s like the kit says to start with see what it does
