02 700 MM bender triples

Looking at possibly buying this sled....just wondering if anybody has had some seat time on one of these and how much different from stock are they?? And if these sleds had any issues??? Its got 290 original miles on it, any info would helpful thanks

Stock it has 110hp, pipes add an honest 20+ hp to that sled. You will been in 130'sh range with just pipes. Add a head, reeds, and some mild porting and your close to 150hp. Very solid performance and bullet proof motor. Eric

Had mine ported reeds the works at almost ---- 9000 K ---I gave it away to a kid still running although it could do with a set of rings. Even had NOS on it for 2 seasons . I did have coated pistons that may have helped but they are tough.

290 miles? No way... That sled is a real find if that is true. The Benders are great pipes. They fit better than most of the other aftermarket pipes for those sleds and they are more forgiving to tune than most. Put a real track under it and some powder pro or apex ski's and you'll be very happy. If ya ever wanna sell those Benders PM me.

actually looking to buy this for my wife for some what of a reliable trail sled.... sounds like i could have fun on as well. thanks for your info, probably purchase tomorrow, and if she doesnt like it it will probably b for sale with 300 or so miles on it ...let it snow!!!
