Anyone had same issues out there I need to know where to start and if I can change or straighten a tunnel at home? or worth going aftermarket? Realy dont want my season to end.

any parts help or deals around would be greatly appreciated. Red upper and lower right side A-arms and stock shock needed and tunnel help

Two weeks ago I end over ended my 13 onto a rock. Landed on the left side running board. Pushed the tunnel into the track right around the suspension bolt. I was lucky and it didn't actually fold, just bent

Took it to my brothers and used a hydraulic spreader jack. Used a 2x4 I'm behind the jack and pushed outwards on the running board. We got it to come back perfectly straight

Oh we also had to remove the rivers at the footwell block off plate. That thing was folded like a Big Mac wrapper.

No I have tunnel bracing and a new block off plate on order

I had one of my rentals get bent in the exact same location. I felt better about just replacing the tunnel. Polaris was back ordered on the part so I had to order a assault tunnel and drill a new hole for the front skid bolt. Otherwise it's the exact same tunnel. It is possible that polaris had them back in stock now. You should also check the braces behind your clutch and can and make sure they are not bent or broken. Buy the adhesive at the same time you purchase the tunnel....shipping takes just about as long as the tunnel. Expect roughly a day to tear it apart and a day to put it back together. Good luck.
