01 zx question.

I got a friend that has an 01 summit 800 with the factory 151 on it and he is wanting to put a 159 on. What kind of extension's should he use? He is going to pull the skid back a bit to help out the poor attak angle.

Don't worry about extensions. Just put on big wheels and do the setback.

Exactly, tell him to take measurment, though! I slid the skid back on my 01' 144 to a 162, ran no extensions but a 9 inch big wheel kit flipped backwards. My 144 skid was the SAME length as my buddies 03' 159. They are both Summit x HMK 800's. Don't ask me how since everyone says they are supposed to be the same as the 151's. The attack angle makes a huge difference in the pow!
