Have a brand new crank for an 01 summit 800 desided to go a differnet route on rebuild make me a offer

Is this brand new or from a rebuild center?

pretty sure its brand new bought it with a part sled that a guy was rebuilding he gave me the old shot crank and a new one. He said it was new and I'm sure if he had it reman. he would have send the old one for a core charge.
