01 summit 800 bar riser question

i have an 01 summit and am looking to put a 2 inch bar riser on it do i need to extend any cables or am i good ... thanks

You're good. I have an adapter and a 8"er on mine. Trottle cable is good. I believe that the original brake is good too.

2" rise, you're good without any other mods, should be a 5 min bolt on process. If you are in a hurry your local dealer may have the PowerMadd riser in stock but if you can wait for the mail I just took the 2" riser off my 01 700 summit when I went to 7" of rise (I did have to extend brake lines, throttle cable, and wiring with that amount of rise btw) but if you just want to go 2" PM me and I could mail you mine for probubly 20-25$ shipping included to the lower 48. I think my old riser is a stock part but don't know for sure as it came on the used sled that I recently bought and the riser (black anodized) has no part numbers or brand names on it.

Thanks for the info and the offer for the riser but i have found a powermadd for 10 bucks so i cant beat that Just wanted to make sure that i was ok with out longer lines thanks for the info
