Found a 2000 RMK 700 here locally for super cheap....except the engine is BAD the guy says. He says it does not have any compression but does turn over. so its not ceased I guess. Would it be worth it to pick this thing up and get it running for $600?? Its all intact just the motor is bad.

Personally I would not jump into this project unless you could get the sled for $500, and a motor cheap. You could quickly put more money into this project than the sled is worth. Then you would be kicking yourself.

I got my 99 with SLP pipe can and clutch, and ride FX rear shocks for 1500, if you can't build it for less than that I would just hold off and find a complete one that is a good runner
