Pull the crank and have it rebuilt. The bronze bearing on the pto rod came apart, everything else looks good. Might throw a set of pistons in it just because. I was trying to sell the sled when it went, glad i hadn't that would have been a real bummer for somebody. So i just parted the sled out instead of fixing it. I have the head and cylinders loose can pull apart and take pics if anyone is intrested.

just that bad rod bearing, i would guess that you would have to put new bearings on the crank because of the brass going through them, that is if the rod didn't screw up the crank. If i was to do something with it i would throw a crank in it and a set of pistons and go. The head and both cylinders are good.
