commander auto tune v

i have a 2007 m1000. Only thing that is not stock is the y pipe and mbrp can. I am planning on installing a slp pipe, timberlsed intake, v force 3 reeds, 7 piece vent kit on hood. I ride in manitoba canada. Do i need a fuel controller like the dynojet commander or the boondocker fuel...
