Looking for a powermadd pivot adapter for 03 Arctic Cat.

Has anyone done this? Does anyone have plans/schematics for this? Interested in fabricating one of these for my 30'X7'enclosed haulmark to reduce sway. The trailer pulls easy, just trying to improve handling and reduce sway. I have seen pictures of this on the internet and a few diagrams but...
