When installing high performance parts such as cams and high compression pistons or big bore kits, on a fuel injected bike. How beneficial is it to pair with a upgrade tuned ECU ?

You’ll have to manipulate the stock fuel map in some way when adding those mods. Yamaha has that function through a smartphone app and Bluetooth. Everybody else has to run some kind of replacement aftermarket ECU, such as Raze, GET, Vortex, etc. So it’s more than beneficial—it’s required.

What is more important: upgraded suspension or more horsepower?

Suspension.

Is it a must to put side skirting [engine blanket] on the engine?

No. It’s a good way to help manage engine heat. But it’s not a must. More of a recommendation.

I need to stop throwing my money away on this thing. Is there a help line for snowbike addicts?

We haven’t stopped long enough to check. Probably better to just get another summer job.
