4. Strengthen Your Core
Not talking about reinforcing your sled’s chassis. We mean do a little more exercise to get your human chassis’ core muscles in better shape. Mountain riding is all about legs and arms pulling and pushing, and how well and how long they can do that job effectively comes down to your core strength.

- Side Plank
