Why does @snowestmagazine always lean towards the Polaris? I started on a Cat, went to Polaris for a decade, was very unimpressed with power and reliability. So I jumped to Ski-Doo which has clearly been leaving the charge in engineering, power, handling, reliability and innovation. I will ride anything, any brand that is the best. I was even a sales manager for the top three brands for 6 years. @snowestmagazine has lost credibility in my book. How much is Polaris paying the magazine? Does Polaris own SnoWest?
Yes. Polaris owns SnoWest ever since it colluded with the Russians who created a weather machine that can control the snow depths in the West. If SnoWest says anything bad about Polaris, the Russians hit us with drought and warm temperatures. Other than that, if you think SnoWest has tilted its editorial to be "pro Polaris" you may want to visit with Polaris. They will have a different take on things. That said, we do try to look for the best that each manufacturer offers and attempt to persuade the manufacturers to make product we like by positive reinforcement. We have seen Polaris, Ski-Doo and Arctic Cat come a long way in the past few years with innovation and technology. We would like to think that regardless of the brand you prefer, that brand has been improved through our influence over the years. Now if we could just get that weather machine out of the hands of the Russians ….
