Track length on the Assault RMK is 155 inches. That’s it. It’s not like a Pro RMK which comes with track lengths from decently long to longer than a school bus. Two different track depth options are available to consumers, a 2.25-inch Peak track or a Series 6 2.6-inch track. Depending on your local riding conditions you can pick which style best suits your needs. The Peak 2.25-inch track has a stiffer lug at the base and a softer tip making it a dual threat on or off the trail. The Series 6 2.6-inch track was on the Assault we rode during the photo shoots last spring in West Yellowstone. This track is a deep snow slayer. If you are more of a mountain rider, you’ll love this setup on those bottomless powder days. It gets up and out of the snow and gets going better than some deeper lug tracks we’ve ridden. You quickly realize why this track is used on RMK models.
