The Freeride 165 will do it all. It will compete with the Summit X in the trees and then shine when you pound it down the trail through the moguls. Dropping your next cliff won’t be a problem either. This suspension is that good and it comes on a stock mountain snowmobile. It’s smooth like butter. Where was this magic combo when I was 18 and invincible?
The 2018 Freeride comes from the factory in white with some black and green accents. The 165-inch Freeride has an adjustable ski stance of 35.7-37.4 inches, making it the same width as the Summit models—something we are happy about. Dry weight is listed at 470 lbs. which is heavier than some competitors but isn’t noticeable while riding. Price is listed starting out at $14,449.
